Delegated Examining Technical Assistance Modules
These self-paced courses can help you prepare for the Delegated Examining Certification Assessment by providing an opportunity to sharpen your skills in key staffing topics. These modules are optional. You do not need to complete them to register for the exam, and you may start, stop, and re-take them as you wish.
IMPORTANT: If you paid for DE Training or the Assessment in FY26, we recommend using the interactive version of the modules. You can find the link to that version in your welcome to OPM’s USA Learning email from noreply@notify-usalearning.opm.gov. Access to your USA Learning account is active for one year from the date you receive the email.
